I am trying to locate this rare font and I am not having much success. It is
being used in a Flash template I am working on and my Flash MX is converting
 it
to a defualt font because i don't have it. Can anyone help me locate this fo

That's Kroeger as in Craig Kroeger.

Go to http://www.miniml.com that is where he has what you need.

You can do it easy. Download Kroeger 05xx fonts from http://www.101fonts.com/fonts
/new/KROE055X.ZIP and write text in upper case. Kroeger 0553 (upper case) is
 nearly equal to Kroeger 0853.
